Employee Benefits
In an effort to show our appreciation to our
employees, we are offering the following benefits (as of
1/1/2010 - Subject to Change):
Insurance
Health insurance is available to all Palmer Temps
employees through our association. Please ask receptionist for
information.
Holidays
Holiday Pay (including New Year's Day, Memorial Day,
Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day)
is paid after 1,200 hours of service. Employees will qualify to
receive Holiday Pay providing they work the day preceding and
following the holiday. Holiday Pay will be averaged hourly
salary earned for the present year.
Employees not recruited and placed by Palmer Temps are exempted.
Vacation
Employees are eligible for vacation pay as follows:
| a) After 1,200 hours of
service: |
8 hours
pay |
| b) After 1,600 hours of
service: |
16 hours pay |
| c) After 2,000 hours of
service: |
24 hours pay |
Thereafter, each employee earns 8 additional hours vacation pay
for each 400 hours worked. The maximum number of hours that can
be earned is 40.
Vacation pay will be averaged hourly salary earned for the
present year.
Employees not recruited and placed by Palmer Temps are exempted.
Employees will not have to qualify each year unless there has
been a calendar quarter break in employment with Palmer Temps. |
